Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveyor with 8 years working experience in highrise buildings.
To carry out pre-contract and post-contract for tenders and projects.
Conversant with the construction drawings and contracts documents.
Competent and good in taking off/measurement.
Well versed in progress claim and valuation of sub-contract work.
