Minimum SPM/SAP qualification
Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills
Working experience is not necessary as on-the-job training will be provided
Ability to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English while the ability to speak Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
