Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for leading and driving operational activities of the company’s operations including overall management of the hotels under the Group Company.
Work collaboratively with the Management Team in the development of long term business strategies and ensure that those strategies are successfully translated and executed at the business unit level.
Directs internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria.
Devise the development and installation of procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow.
Manages quantitative KPls to monitor health of Operations and constantly improve performance through driving these KPls.
Ensure that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or Master Holder in Operation management / business development field.
Possess at least 10 years’ experience in a progressively responsible leadership role.
Ideally with experience in the hospitality sector of Asian Market.
Must be able to develop the leadership capacity required to achieve the long term business unit growth plans.
Excellent local knowledge and experience of business operations.
Deliver results on quarter-to-quarter and year- to-year basis
Scale operations for best results for the company.
