Manage the site which includes administrative, technical, accounts and credit control.
-Supervise and dealing with service providers
-Overall control on the implementation of operational procedures, system and and management performance.
-Monitor billing, collection & implement credit control

Qualification
– Degree/ Diploma in Property of Building Management or other related qualifications OR minimum 5 years working experience in building maintenance and management.
– Able to supervise team of property management employees.
