JOB DETAILS
1. Responsible in ensuring the accounting records of the Company is proper maintenance accordance with statutory regulatory requirements and applicable Accounting Standard, complete and is up to date, accounting reports, annual budget and variance analysis submitted within a specific set time frame. 2. Reviewed and preparation of group consolidation financial statement and group return. 3. Liaising with internal and external auditor, tax agent, solicitor, bankers, Company Secretary and other professional and regulatory bodies. 4. Other Duties/responsibilities as and when required.
