Job requirements:
Able to – frost cakes, plan design, cover cake with fondant, fondant cookies, make wired flowers, work with gumpaste, make stacked cakes, wedding cakes, 3d fondant figures, work with royal icing.

Intermediate skill level – able to work without supervision, creative. Able to guide others.
Committed. Full time. Able to work long hours and on short notice and meet urgent deadlines.
