2/30 TRG GP
The Administration Assistant 2/30 TRG GP is responsible for the provision of administrative support to the CCLK 2/30 TRG GP.

Duties and Responsibilities:
a. prepare and arrange domestic and international travel with civilian agencies.
b. process domestic and international travel documentation including claims for travel meal allowance, as required and in accordance with corporate governance.
c. process routine accounts for payment accordance with approved instructions.
d. assist with compiling claims for payment when required.
e. preparation of files for electronic transfer for archives.
f. raise and process claims for payment, monitor expenditure to ensure authorisation by the appropriate delegate.
g. verify expenditure against reports received and resolve discrepancies.
h. assist in the issue and acquittal of impress account.
i. perform other clerical tasks as required in support of the unit, including:
(1) maintain basic records and registers
(2) provide receptionist and messenger services
(3) assist in the preparation of routine correspondence
(4) operate and maintain office machines such as photocopiers, facsimile, printers, etc
(5) provide linguistic support to 2/30 TRG GP
j. possess a high level of communication skills with the ability to liaise with civilian agencies on all movement and accommodation procedures.
k. possess a sound level of computer skills.

(1) ensure a timely and efficient completion of all tasks assigned
(2) demonstrate, uphold and promote the behaviours consistent with the LEC Agreement
(3) conduct all business practices IAW Defence policies and procedures
(4) manage personal leave
(5) maintain a high standard of dress and hygiene.
Salary will be from 4,500.00 to 5,500.00
