Admin Support – Selangor – Aero Management Resources

• Independent & responsible to attend walk-in, incoming calls and emails from customers in respect of motor insurance (new/renewal);
• Monitoring and preparing motor renewal proposals/notices;
• Liaison with insurance companies & customers;
• Supervise collection of premiums from clients & payment
• Min. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
• At least minimum of 1 year work experience in the insurance agency industry;
• Well versed in motor insurance & takaful system e.g. FLAS, Alpha, E-Cover, etc is an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong computer literacy, able to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels;
• Good command in Bahasa and English;
• Proactive and able to work independently on assigned task and collaborate with other team members.
• Able to start work by month of June 2016
