Responsibilities:
Support department operation by assisting Executive level management;
1)Day-to-day duties include key in data, filing, compiling/tabulating data/records, and sorting/distributing mail. (Simple document control)
2)Daily operation of data entry to have updated information and preparation of report when required.
3)Calculate and record all the money of daily operations. (Accounting)
4)Provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of office operations.
ie: Arrange meetings, prepare refreshments & office supplies.
Requirements
-Diploma in any field or any related field(administrative/accounting)/ SPM holder with experience.
-At least 1-3 years experience in office capacity : Auction/Subsale/Refinancing.
-Have an experience as cashier (priority)
-Must have good oral & written communication skills in BM & English.
-Able to work independently, meticulous & very patient.
-Fresh Graduate encourage to apply
