Handling daily administrative & clerical tasks
-Answer, screen and direct telephone calls
-Handle queries
-Receive and sort mail and deliveries
-Scheduling meetings
-Supervising office cleaners
-Filing and keeping records
-Simple banking tasks
-Generate, monitor and support administration tasks
-Maintain records for petty cash and ensure completeness of official receipts/bank in slips.
-Regular submission of daily Collection report and quarterly outstanding tracking report.
-Handling of quotations, delivery orders, supplier invoices, office and other documents administrative tasks.
-Handling of incoming and outgoing telephone calls and answering of emails.
-Records of any queries/complaints by client.
-Maintain proper documents filing and retrieval system.
Requirement / Education –
– A Degree / Diploma in any related discipline.
– At least two years of related work experience.
-Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
-Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
-A good team player, aggressive with positive attitude.
