ADMIN EXECUTIVE – PK FURNITURE SYSTEM SDN BHD – Johor

JOB DETAILS
-Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing. ·Process requisitions and update management on status of orders. -Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels. -Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery. -Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management. -Updating all records of purchased products. -Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses. -Liaise with supplier for all matters (product defect, claims, complaint and delivery shortage). -Responsible for creating sales order, lead-tracking, sourcing, purchasing and ensuring all shipments are delivered per schedule. -Assist in additional task that assigned by superior from time to time.
