Admin cum Customer Service – IDSB Sdn Bhd – Kuala Lumpur

Job Description
1) Committed to support head of department to manage admin management functions to assure day to day operations efficiency and effectiveness.
2) Ensure proper accurate, complete and timely development & preparation of processing of documents to bank.
3) Responsible to manage and assist customers personal loan CTOS and CCRIS documents.
4) Provide support service and accommodate & ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements
1) Initiative taker with positive attitude, willing to learn, passionate and a keen eye to details.
2) Have a strong Microsoft Skills
3) Can speak good Malay
4) SPM/ Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year of working experience in banking, call centre and administration environment. Fresh Degree holder are encourage to apply. (Training will be provided)
