Job Responsibility · Coordination work with Sales and Purchasing Department · To carry out purchasing responsibilities · Recording document flow and filing · Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance · Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on purchases and deliveries · To perform day to day general administrative tasks and data entry Job Requirements · Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) · Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (is an advantage) · Able to multi-task · Responsible and willing to learn · Excellent communication skills. · Team Player · Must be meticulous with figures
