Seeking candidate with strong operation and analytical knowledge to oversee
daily service support for HP warranty accounts.
Job Scope:-
• Manage day-to-day operation on printer /copier / mfp cases
• Liaise with onsite Service Engineer on scheduled cases
• Logging of all cases into case logging databases
• Initiates contact with service engineer to ensure all cases are logged upon resolution
• Provides immediate service support to a team of service engineer engaged in supporting the day-to-day efforts of HP Clients and Warranty Accounts (HP printers and copier)
• Provide administration Support to Service Engineers
• Monitor all service order and track service order status
• Conducts daily tracking of outstanding customer and technicians’ parts orders
• Escalates issues where known precedent has not been established.
The Candidate:-
• Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Basic knowledge and usage of MS Excel an added advantage
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently.
• Good command in English for both oral and written.
• Required skill(s): Knowledge PC / Software
• Experienced in customer service and good service attitude.
