• Attending to legal documents relating to project conveyancing and loan documentation from initial stage to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
• Attending to clients, correspondence, preparing status report and other types of work.
• To provide legal advice and opinions to Developers, Clients, Banks and address legal issues.
• Well-versed with amendment law related to property legal matter.
• Manage clerks.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least possess Bachelors’ Degree in Law, CLP for Conveyancing Lawyer
• Minimum 8 years in conveyancing project required
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• Required skill(s): Good analytical and pre-project planning skills in conveyancing project.
• Meticulous and details oriented.
• Committed, take initiative, responsible, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines with quality outputs.
