Responsibilities
• Tend to queues and seating arrangements
• Handle payment transactions and complaints
• To be familiar with all items on the menu. In this respect, you must have
• Knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time. (training will be provided)
• Take orders and tend to customers’ needs as and when required
• Crosscheck and delivery of orders
• Clear and set tables
• Prepare beverages as per order
• General housekeeping of the restaurant premises
• Any ad-hoc duties as required by the manager
• Exposure in hotel or club industry will be an advantage

Requirements
• experience require, training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and able to perform in a team
• Willing to work shifts
