“Job Description :
Refrigeration (chiller & freezer) , Kitchen Equipment & Air Conditioning
– Skilled work in the installation, repair, operation and maintenance of Refrigeration (chiller & freezer) equipment and system.
– Repairs faulty Refrigeration (chiller & freezer) & Air Conditioning equipment
– Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Refrigeration (chiller & freezer) & Air Conditioning equipments
– Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Refrigeration (chiller & freezer) & Air Conditioning equipments
– Assists in verification of Refrigeration (chiller & freezer) & Air Conditioning spares purchased/supplied
– Trouble-shoot Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problem and perform maintenance on Refrigeration (chiller & freezer) & Air Conditioning equipments
– Make recommendation to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost
– Perform regular cleaning of the equipment
– Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of work performed
– Collect data for reports.

Civil Work (advantages)
– Performs maintenance of interior walls, flooring, plumbing, appliances and lighting.
– Performs operations and maintenance of utilities including water, electrical, sewer and pumps.
– To ensure jobs are completed on time, under budget and per the specifications as outlined in the scope of work.
– Develops parts lists for ordering material.
– Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Electronics & Equipment (advantages)
The electronics technician conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. The position applies knowledge of electrical/electronics and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. The electronics technician provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing.

– Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment, including programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment.
– Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.
– Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements.
– Advises staff of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
– Informs appropriate management of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved.
– Maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
– Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed.
– Assists maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.
– Assists and trains other maintenance and other technical-level employees.

– Candidate MUST possess at least a Secondary School/ SPM/ “O” Level, Professional Certificate, in any field
– Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese Speaking (advantages)
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
