Supervisor
-Responsible in outlet daily
operations,planning,training and inventory
management.
-Shift control,the co-ordination of
people,equipment,product and supplies to produce a
smooth,consistent and profitable operation.
– Motivate and inspire the staffs and peers to
achieve operation goals convey by superior
– Develop sales,manage cost effectively and
achieve the profit target
– Assist to resolve customer request and complaint
positively, professional manner and to a win win
situation.
– Supervise the day to day operation of a
restaurant.
– To ensure there is proper supervision and
coordination of staff engaged in providing
courteous and efficient service to customer
– Manage and lead a team of outlet staff
– Ensure satisfactory level of customer service
and cleanliness of the outlets
– Recruitment and selection process
– Assisting in devising marketing activities, such
as promotional events and discount schemes.
– Responsible for the completion of daily,weekly
and monthly outlet report
– Maintain a positive working environment as to
promote a culture a passion, teamwork and respect.
– Maintain high standard of work ethics,
integrity, personal conduct and appearance.
