1) managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
2) managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
3) analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales;
4) analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
5) using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning;
6) dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as
7) providing or organizing training and development;
8) ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
9) resolving health and safety, legal and security issues;
10) responding to customer complaints and comments;
11) organizing special promotions, displays and events;

– Candidate MUST possess at least a SPM Certificate, Diploma
– Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
– Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in any relevent field
– Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
– At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
