Responsibility
– Work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus that is flavourful and popular with customers.
– Supervise operation of bar to maximize profitability, minimize legal liability, and conform to alcoholic beverage regulations.
– Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.
– Interview the right candidates before proceed to Human Resource, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.
– Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
– Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas by follow the regulations of DBKL.
– Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
– Ability to supervise, motivates, lead and organize
– Independent and able to train Commis and Trainees
– Self-motivated and willing to work hard to achieve results.
– At least 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage
– Ability to work on split shift
– Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur (Bukit Bintang, Bangsar & Damansara Heights).
– Pleasant personality with good communication skills in English & Bahasa
malaysia
– Open for Malaysian / Residence holding relevant status.
