Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keeping reception area and meeting room tidy
Take up other duties as assigned
