PURPOSE :
To assist in daily operations in creating the employees work schedules and assigning their daily tasks. May be responsible for helping to train the new hires, and assisting in their getting accustomed to their new job. Also helps in the decision-making when it comes to the activities done in the office, such as production, the resale and the allocation of sources. Coordinates with the different departments in their organization to ensure that all tasks executed are of best quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure schedules and objective are met
• Supervise and motivate staff
• Monitor operating costs, budget and resources
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
• Create report, analyze and interpret data.
• Coordinate Operation
• To ensure Service Crew do follow SOP
• Outlet Visit Daily (Except office day)
• To complete outlet tableware/inventory stock take every month for every
• To check on Drawer Cash Float
• To check daily accounting report
Any other function as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS :
1. candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/ STPM’ A Level/ Pre-U
professional Certificate, Diploma in Food Beverage services Management, Others Or Equivalent
2. required language(s) English, Bahasa melayu
3. At least 2 year(s)of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. preferably experience from Franchise or fast food.
5. Must have own transport
