Outlet Manager – Selangor – Ledco Professional Sdn Bhd

Food & Beverages Ledco Sdn. Bhd. is primarily involved in food service and catering management.
It initially served numerous cafeterias and food courts in the industrial and corporate sectors.

Essential Functions and Duties:
1) Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
2) Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
3) Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
4) Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
5) Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
6) Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
7) Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
8) Interview and hire associates for outlet operations.
9) Schedule orientations and job trainings to outlet associates.
10) Organize regular meetings to discuss about issues and updates.

– Candidate MUST possess at least a SPM Certificate, Diploma
– Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
– Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in any relevent field
– Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
– At least 4-6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Minimum 3 years staff leadership and business management experience
