CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
· Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
· MINIMUM 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.

Managing Day-to-Day Operations
· Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management.
· Estimate food and beverage consumption in order to anticipate amounts to be purchased or requisitioned.
· Order and purchase equipment and supplies.
· Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
· Provides weekly and monthly (and some, daily) reports to manager, management team via Whatsapp and/ or paperwork.
