• Must be willing to work according to shift schedules.
• Well disciplined and able to work efficiently in a team with a positive attitude.
• Minimum 1 -2 year’s relevant working experience and fresh graduates from culinary are encouraged to apply.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of main meals, snacks, desserts, etc. in accordance to restaurant menus.
• Ensure quantities to be cooked and size of portions to be served according to restaurant standard operating procedures.
• Check quantity and quality of stocks received and notify suppliers of deficiencies.
• Ensure all cooking mis-en-plus are properly maintained and refill one hour before restaurant operation.
• To perform checklist for market list on daily basis and as & when required.
• To ensure kitchen and other relevant areas are kept clean at all time.
• To perform job according to company regulations and standard operating procedures.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
• To strictly follow Food & Hygiene regulations.
