Responsibilities:
Dealing with guest queries/complaints .
Receive payments and record receipts
Handle all related front desk and receptionist duties.
Travel arrangement.
Flight and hotel bookings
Requirements:
Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
At least SPM
Presentable, well-groomed
Able to work 2 shift, OT, weekends & public holidays ( Rotating )
Good interpersonal skills, to maintain pleasant interactions with hotel guests & team members Coordinating with housekeeping team
Able to start work immediately or with short notice
