Responsible for planning, administration and smooth running of Reservations and Front Desk.
– To supervise and coordinate Front Office operations, according to set policies standards and
procedures.
– Keep up to date with current hotel promotions, activities and pricing information, and provide
these information accurately to guests upon request.
– Deal with all enquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
– Ability to perform the duties of night audit would be an advantage.
– Must be able to work on shifts (morning and night).
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / hotel Management level.
* Staff Hostel can be provided.
* Salary = RM1700
