Job Description
Making guests feel comfortable makes all the difference. A great server will guarantee return patrons.
Ensure that guests are attended to quickly. Make sure guests have a great dinning / drinking experience under your service.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
• Obtaining revenue, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
• Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
• Co – ordinate with the kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling guest needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
• Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort.
• Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs.

The Candidate

• SPM and above
• Preferably with some relevant service experience
• Must be willing to work shifts

Salary shall commensurate with experience.
Salary Range: RM900 – RM 1,200.00
