* Establish guest service standard, including table service and related roles, to meet the needs of
the target market, in line with the operating concept of the F&B outlet
* Observe and evaluate a team of service crew to ensure the quality standards and service
* Assign duties and deploy work station in accordance with work requirements
* Co-ordinate with F&B Manager on daily basic menu/new menu or special promotional menu for a
fixed period
* Handle guest complaints effectively and provide satisfactory follow up
* To perform multi-tasks as guided by Manager on duty in the absence of essential staff to serve
and manage peak hours
* Ensure all operating standards comply with company policies and provide recommendation to
F&B Manager / Group Managing Director
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum SPM Holder
* Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Pleasant personality and neat appearance
* Applicants with at least 2 years Food & Beverages experience are encouraged to apply
