• Ensure that guests are accurately served.
• To ensure orders are taken and delivered in a right time-frame.
• Ensure that customer’s bills are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Report to supervisor / manager.
• To assist in handling restaurant’s arrangement/setting during functions.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Welcome guests and assist them to their table.
• To master the details of the menus and the drinks in order to communicate well with the customers.
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Follow up daily reservations.
• Maintain good team work.
