Job Description:
• In charge of daily inventory tracking and analysis on daily basis
• In charge of inventory in/out transaction to all outlets on daily basis
• To prepare weekly critical inventory information
• To ensure Master Price List and new SKU updated on monthly basis
• To update and create new Component code
• Maintain close liaison with suppliers on production capacities, readiness and material supply
• Reviews purchase orders for non-trade and processes requisition according to department
policies and procedures
• Overseeing and monitoring product quality
• Keep good communication and contact with Operations Department on frequent basis

Job Requirements:
• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Inventory Management / Business Study
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in related field
• Fresh graduates with strong Mathematical knowledge are encouraged too
• Well verse in both Bahasa Melayu and English language
• Computer savvy and good in Microsoft Offices especially Excel
• Proactive attitude with strong operation planning
• Good interpersonal skills and confident in communicating with different level of people
• Candidate from Fast Food Restaurant chain background will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel as and when required
