Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the supervision, direction and leadership of the Front Office Department by
assisting the Front Office Manager in accordance to the Hotel’s philosophy, performance and
quality standards.
• Handles any guest complaints or request. To ensure that any complaints or requests from
guests have been recorded, referred to appropriate department and to take immediate
corrective action.
• Maintain and update the FO communication book and DM log.
• Ensure proper circulation of Hotel Comparison report and DM log.
• Frequently inspects the cleanliness of each area of the hotel (floors, toilets employee, cafeteria,
technical room, switchboard, employee’s entrance, etc.)
• To supervise the Front Office operations, ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are
fully known and followed.
• To control that the arrival lists are updated, transportation and airport services are scheduled
and to block all the rooms according to guest requests and needs.
• To ensure that Guest Profiles are accurately updated and all returnee guests are pre-registered.
• To monitor rooms status and discrepancies.
Requirements:
• Applicants must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Degree
or Professional Certificate in Hotel Management.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Front Office operation.
• Candidates with 2 years’ experience as FO Supervisor are encouraged to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
