Demi Chef – Kuala Lumpur – Cuisine Nero Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:
– Cleans and prepares all basic food items.
– Helps preparing daily mise en place.
– Arranges all food items properly in stores.
– Supervises subordinates.
– Responsible for proper preparation for all dishes with regards to basic
preparations, taste, temperature, garnishing and timing in accordance to the
job requirements.
– Picks up food orders.
– Performs all other tasks assigned by Executive Chef
– Keeps the work area clean and tidy.
– Adheres strictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
– Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.

Requirements:
– Pleasant personality with good communication skills in English & Bahasa
Malaysia
– Self-motivated and willing to work hard to achieve results.
– Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur (Bukit Bintang, Bangsar & Damansara Heights).
– Full-Time position(s) available.
– Open for Malaysian / Residence holding relevant status
– Experienced in Italian Cuisine.
