To oversee the day-to-day operations of kitchen & dining facilities.
– This includes the recruitment, training & management of staff; the procurement of kitchen inventory; and in-charge of food costing & menu.
– To achieve the Food & Beverage budget given with efficiency in cost control.
– To keep the F&B areas clean, meeting food hygiene regulations at all times.
– Able to work in shifts.
– At least 3 years of working experiences in related field is required.

* Basic Salary & Allowance from RM1500 onwards + OT (Depends on experience)
* Staff hostel can be provided.
