Technology Operations – Maersk – Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:
Has the strong capabilities to analyse, evaluate, and troubleshoot the FbM Applications (WMS (Warehouse Management System), DMS (Depot Management System), YMS (Yard Management System), Middleware, Legacy, Omni Channel Transportation …) and SQL Database-related issues.
Provide 24/7 application Support for all FbM Applications (WMS, DMS, YMS, Middleware, Legacy, Omni Channel Transportation …).
Responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment of all kinds of system enhancements that increase efficiency, and smooth operational processes.
Responsible to coordinate with External Vendors, Implementation and Development/Product team for fixing and enhancement to fulfil the business needs and end-user satisfaction.
Providing Hypercare support during FbM project go-live.
Conducting training, sharing knowledge, and mentoring junior team members.
Having excellent troubleshooting, follow-up, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Handling problem management along with Customer Engineering and Product Team.
Creating and maintaining the L1 support documentation across all FbM Applications.
Responsible for the governance of major incident management.

We Are Looking For:
Overall 4+ years of hands-on experience in Application support in the Logistics and Services domain.
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Warehouse Management Systems or Deport Application Management support (like KorberOne / Highjump, Manhattan Scale, Infor, or Other WMS).
Must know MS SQL, and Oracle SQL.
Should know Warehouse’s related processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory management…)
Experience with FbM Application configuration, deployment, and Business logic.
Having strong abilities to do SQL Database queries, and script/stored procedures.
Having good knowledge of WMS associated applications and technology (middleware, EDI, API, …).
Having good Knowledge of managing and configuring print spoolers for labelling & normal printers.
Having good Knowledge of configuring & troubleshooting Telnet SSH sessions and WMS clients on Handheld devices / RF
Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with others.
High engagement at the workplace.
