Responsibilities:
• To manage the day-to-day facilities and maintenance administrative matters to ensure efficiency, productivity and quality are met according to specifications on a timely manner
• To maintain proper record for all matters relating to daily maintenance job
• To assist in monitoring and order stocks for maintenance department
• Able to liaise with both external contractors and internal departments to carry out maintenance activities
• To prepare/submit monthly report individually, for related works done.
• To undertake any other job assignments as directed by the Superior from time to time.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess Certificate / Diploma in related filed.
• Preferable with at least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess high level of integrity, able to analyze with problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good at multitasking and able to interact with people from all levels, internal and external
• Preferable to have own transportation & valid car license.
• Able to travel outstation based on job requirement.
• Preferably with knowledge of plumbing and electrical works.
