The Role:
To provide technical support,advice and assistance for information systems and network infrastructure. The post includes to ensure that problems and support requests are resolved effectively and efficiently in a timely fashion.

The Person:
– Able to manage the whole IT infrastructure support (basic to medium level)
– Mature, patient, with initiative & tenacity in handling difficult situations, able to improvise and find work around solutions whenever obstacles are encountered

The Activities:
– Apply working basic technical knowledge on PC and Network.
– Installation & configuration of operating systems and application software
on PC / laptops as well as peripheral devices in complying with company’s policies & procedures.

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
– Required skill(s): Network, PC, printer and etc
– Additional skill: Microsoft server would be an added advantage
– At least 1 year of experience in support for IT Desktop.
– Able to learn and willing to cross train in other areas in IT/IS.
– Able to deliver results in a support environment with minimal supervision.
– Able to provide report and follow up on incidents that has been reported by user.
– A team player able to work closely and contribute to the team.
– Good communication skills and pleasant personality
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
– Full-Time position available (Based in Seberang Prai)
