Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction, Building, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction and design.
Proficient in the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
Familiar with scientific analysis software as well as graphics and map creation software.
Strong time management and project management skills.
Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems.
Possess minimum 10 years experiences of construction industry background.

Responsibilities
Managing parts of construction projects.
Overseeing building work.
Undertaking surveys.
Setting out sites and organising facilities.
Checking technical designs and drawing to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Ensuring projects meet agreed specification, budgets or time scale.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
Preparing site reports and filing in the other paper work.
Ensuring the health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
