JOB DETAILS
Roles And Responsibilities: 1. Involve in internal, external and customer audit for ISO 9001. 2. Identifying continual improvement in quality inspection process. 3. Strictly follow the QA Inspection Procedure & Nonconformity Control Procedure in daily routine. 4. Highlight any anomaly in product or process to QA Engineer and/or QA Manager to maintain the quality of product that been produced. 5. Ensure all the measurement tools use for inspection are well maintained, calibrated and fit to use. 6. Ensure all the measurement and/or inspected data are recorded in QA Inspection Report 7. Follow the process sequence stated in Job Traveler, Logon and Logoff the job order, and report quality defects in MES system. 8. Responsible for maintaining good department area housekeeping 5S. 9. All ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management from time to time. Education: Minimum SPM holder Experience: Has relevant working experience in the precision engineering, metal fabrication and semi-con industry will be advantageous. Special skill & knowledge: 1. Able to read engineering drawings 2. Able to handle all kinds of measuring instruments (e.g. vernier caliper, pp etc) 3. Knowledge in ISO 9000 system and Quality Tools 4. Possess knowledge and experience in GD&T , sheet metal steel structure fabrication processes 5. Basic in using Microsoft Office, MES and ERP system
