Responsibilities:
Development, implementation, and management of planning and forecasting of maintenance and resource of the Baggage Handling System.
Develop and implement the BHS maintenance’s Computer Maintenance Management System process flow in coordination with relevant departments.
Assist in setting up Computer Maintenance Management System, including Enterprise Asset Management, Equipment Inventory Management, and Work Order Management.
Prepare the preventive maintenance plan in conjunction with Airport Operations regarding the availability of the system.
Prepare the monthly Baggage Handling System staff roster and allocate manpower for maintenance works with Maintenance Engineers.
Review equipment job cards and maintenance records at regular intervals.
Generate the work orders according to the equipment maintenance plan, verify, and timely close them.
Prepare a training plan for the maintenance team on Health and Safety and technical aspects.
Prepare and distribute the monthly, quarterly, and Annual reports to management, customers, and Stakeholders.
Initiative in continuous improvement of project
Consistent monitoring of SLAs and implement improvement measures.
Documentation of development processes
Prepare and update the performance dashboard at regular intervals.
Preparation of SLA and KPI analysis, trends of performance, and forecast of the maintenance and resource.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in planning, or Engineering, or related field

Experiences:
3+ years’ experience in planning
Experience in Baggage or other Material Handling Systems is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Good communication skills in English and Malay language
Good presentation, leadership, and team-building skills
Demonstrated experience in developing presentations, spreadsheets, and other supporting documents.
