Location : PETRONAS Twin Towers
Job Purposes: Facilitate day-to-day operations of parts inventory for PETRONAS Twin Towers to ensure effective and efficient execution of facilities management activities.
Key Task:
1. Plan and organize the store in systematic manner an the location of each stock is updated in the system to ensure easy and quick retrieval.
2. Carry out daily transactions of withdrawal, return, receive and transfer of inventories to ensure the system is always updated.
3. Inspect the goods delivered to ensure compliance to specification.
4. Print the Re-order report and submit to respective section head every week.
5. Create purchase request and follow up to ensure delivery is done on time.
6. Ensure the safety, security and cleanliness of the store to ensure the stock maintain in good condition.
7. Carry out random stock count at the frequency sets by the manager and prepare the reports timely. Coordinate the yearly stock count to ensure the activity can be done efficiently.
8. Compile invoice, delivery order and purchase order and submit to respective section head for payment process.
9. Keep and maintain proper filing system for easy retrieve.
Major Challenges:
1. High integrity is needed every aspect of this job
2. Dealing with many trades, suppliers and contractors on day to day operation
3. Good at time management to ensure all request and other works done efficiently and timely.
Current Stock Value: RM 12 million.
