To provide technical expertise and trouble-shooting support for infra networks, from gateway Firewall/VPN setup to enterprise wireless setup.
• To possess Good working knowledge on UTM solutions such as Fortinet, Sonicwall, CheckPoint, Cisco and/or HPE/Aruba networking, and carry out deployment and support for such platform
• To possess Good working knowledge and hands-on in Wireless Access Gateway and Wireless Controllers deployment and support such platform. Candidates with much hands-on experience will be considered for Senior position
• To provide deployment and trouble-shooting support in the total project roll-out for wireless and security solutions configurations, such as Install, configure network infra project and support operation for routers, switches, wireless LAN controller, wireless access points, IP-Cam, Firewall and IPS appliances, network management and monitoring tools.
• Monitor, evaluate and solve network performance issues.
• Manage infrastructure-related and other network requests and problems including Linux Servers.
• Must be able to support users via email, telephone and onsite trouble-shooting
• Technically to manage and rectify any form of network outages
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the installation, administration and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Bachelors Degree / Diploma or Equivalent in Computer Science or a related field in network computing/communication
At least with CCNA and CCNP are added advantage
