JOB DETAILS
• Responsible for Management of project specific deliverables. • Provide all aspects of engineering and technical services support to the projects / operation team. • Discussing and solving complex problem with suppliers and customers. • Designing and implementing mechanical and electrical needs, i.e. HVAC, Plumbing, Electricity, Fire Alarm, Fire Systems , etc. • To conduct the M & E coordination meeting and Technical meeting. • Manage and coordinate the construction activities in accordance to the M&E and Architectual drawings and specifications. • To carry out inspection and testing on all works carried done by subcontractor in accordance to standards, specifications and consultant’s drawings. • Liaison with relevant authorities, consultant and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of M&E aspect of the project. • Implementation control quality in all construction activities. • Attend all project meeting, site meetings and tool box meeting
