GENERAL

Degree/Diploma in any ICT discipline with minimum 2 years’ working experience
Sound knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware and software installation
Able to troubleshoot, diagnose & resolve problems related to hardware & software
Manage desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, network & other related hardware & software support activities
