Graduate IT Support Engineer – Maersk – Kuala Lumpur

Role
The Graduate IT Support Engineer will work with and support the Fulfilled by Maersk Platform leads the enterprise into the next chapter of becoming a true integrator of E2E logistics through designing and launching products and services (solutions) with the customer at the centre.

The Graduate IT Support Engineer will deliver quality support services for business operations, and then coordinate the installation, upgrading and daily maintenance of Fulfilled by Maersk applications used by the Platform.
The primary stakeholders you would work with in this role are Fulfilled by Maersk Customer Engineering, Product Engineering, Technology Support, and Integration Teams.

Day to day could look like
Analysing, evaluating, and troubleshooting the Fulfilled by Maersk Applications
Providing ongoing application Support for all Fulfilled by Maersk Applications
Configuration and deployment Fulfilled by Maersk application system enhancements that increase efficiency, and smooth operational processes.
Providing Hypercare support during Fulfilled by Maersk project go-live

Who We’re Looking For
Passionate about a career in Technology
Studying or have recently graduated from a Technology centric or related degree
Eager to learn new technologies and tools
Experience in application support
Basic knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle SQL
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in supporting Warehouse Management Systems or Depot Management System would be desirable
