To provide on-site service assistance, repair and machine monitoring on client’s site
>> Provide service and technical support to clients during field visits or dispatches
>> Propose service schedules / contracts and spare parts to clients
>> Tie workflow to schedule and produce timely and detailed service reports (document processes)
>> Manage and execute all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and commissioning tasks
>> Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
>> Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
>> Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
>> Liaise and build positive relationships with customers and business associates
>> Abide all company’s filed procedures and protocols
>> Provide feedback to management regarding status of maintenance schedules, workflow and other relevant information.

Other requirements:
>> Qualification of Professional Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics from established institution (preferably from local polytechnic institutions).
>> Able to speak and write good Bahasa Malaysia and English.
>> Must be aged above 18 years old.
>> Must possess own transport with valid driving license.
>> Willing to travel out of the region (locally or overseas) whenever required.
>> Able to read P&ID diagrams especially for hydraulics and electrical / electronic components. PLC knowledge is an advantage.
>> Familiar with using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and etc.)
>> Adaptable to work schedule and occasional weekend assignments.
>> Able to work in a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
>> Able to work in harsh environments (cement, steel and power plants).
>> Possess good communication and thinking skills (professional, ethical, creative, client-oriented and etc.)
>> Possess good sense of self-discipline and responsible attitude.
>> Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Hands-on (practical) experiences are an added advantage.
