JOB DETAILS
• Responsible for processing, testing and storage of samples according to SOPs to ensure standards are met • Responsible for accurate data entry into the IT system • Responsible for verification, completion and release of results • Responsible to perform daily QC procedures and proficiency testing. • Responsible to process diagnostic products and arrange/track shipment with correct packaging/transport conditions • Responsible to attend urgent cases/PBSC cases out of working hours • Responsible to aid out-station stem cell transfusion cases when required • Preparation of monthly processing reports and QC analysis reports • Responsible in maintaining lab facilities, contacting the vendor for calibration/planned preventive maintenance of equipment, assist in troubleshooting of equipment as advised by the engineer when there is a breakdown of equipment • Assist in performing validation studies and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/
