JOB DETAILS
-Responsible in designing and developing mechanical parts for the products. -To assist production or customer in designing and developing jigs or fixtures and assembly instructions (Bill of Material, documents and drawings). -Perform quality and reliability research to eliminate defect in product design and reduce product failure rate at market. -Perform market research to identify customer requirements. -Design and improve product based on the requirements and sustainability. -Coordinate, implement and maintain documentations according to our ISO 9001 Quality System.and 5S (Sort, Straighten, Sweep, Standardise and Systemise) tidy workplace culture. -Able to optimize the product and process for quality and cost. -Work in a team at the workplace and complete a task before the dateline. -To communicate with supplier for samples. -Perform any other job function that may be assigned from time to time from immediate superior.
