RESPONSIBILITY:
 To set up and update unit rate
a. Civil
b. Mechanical – fire protection system, air conditioning system and medical gas
c. Electrical
d. Others – Extra Low Voltage and BAS
All the items (civil, fire protection system and air conditioning system, electrical and others) will be filed and separated. Hardcopy for all unit rates (approved) will be compiled by items mentioned. To prepare and complete tender
a. Go through the tender
b. To fill up the technical data,
c. Bill of Quantity
d. To prepare support document
 To compile the previous tender and update list of tender (softcopy) after submission of tender and update in UBS
 To update list and filing for completed project.
 To prepare and complete the proposal – Commercial proposal (price) and Technical Proposal as requested. Ex; Specification, Technical Data, Catalogue, Method Statement.
 To assist operation department in term of find and check price from supplier for material/equipment/tools as requested.
 To estimation quantities from electrical and instrumentation drawings
 Daily Report Submission – To prepare daily and submit to HR Dept. before 11 am on the next day

 Other: Role & Responsibilities:
• Involve in pre and post contract
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Assist Planner Manager in preparing & updating Master Work Programme.
• Assist Contract Manager in establishing a client’s requirements.
• Assist Contract Manager & Engineering Manager in performing risk, value and cost control.
• Estimate and control all the costs for undergoing project to maximize the profit of project.
• Prepared & update method of statement, E.O.T works programmed, Master works programmed & photograph for submission to ACONEX for consultant.
• Coordinate with all department in preparing bi-weekly and progress report.
• Attending weekly progress meeting.
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
• Liaise with all sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Site Measurement, Final Measurement, Variation Order& Final Account

REQUIREMENTS:
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Mechanical or equivalent.
 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Experience in tender additional advantage
 Willing to work beyond normal working hours to meet deadline.
 Assist in site evaluation and site visit when required.
 Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
