DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Preparation of tender document.
– Evaluation of tender.
– Preparation of award report.
– Preparation of contract document.
– Preparation and monitoring of project budget.
– Preparation of interim payment and certificate.
– Preparation of payment invoice and certification.
– Procurement of construction material.
– Preparation of final account.
– Cost planning and estimation
– Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and contract negotiation
– Assessment of variations and dispute resolution.
– Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduation Diploma, Professional Degree, or Diploma in Quantity Surveying with a minimum 1 year of experience.
– Required skill(s): computer literate, good knowledge in estimating, tendering, costing, and contractual matters.
– Good command of English would be an advantage.
– Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professional and integrity.
– Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule to meet tendering submission deadlines.
